Benjamin Thompson

Benjamin Thompson is currently the head of hardware at Skydio. Prior to joining Skydio, they worked at Tesla Motors from May 2011 to October 2015, where they were the manager of mechanical engineering for the autopilot and infotainment hardware. Before Tesla Motors, they worked at Northrop Grumman from August 2007 to May 2011 as a mechanical integration engineer for the Space Technology Division.

Benjamin Thompson's educational career includes an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
