Kabe Termes

Kabe Termes is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Solutions Engineering at Skydio since March 2020, where leadership involves guiding a team of subject matter experts to provide optimal solutions for enterprise and federal clients. Prior to this role, Kabe was a Business Development Manager at Motorola Solutions, focusing on the launch strategy and customer success for the Motorola Aerial Suite. Kabe also held the position of Director of Business Operations and Regulatory Compliance at Cape, which was acquired by Motorola Solutions, and worked collaboratively with executive leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Fugro, managing a large fleet of aerial survey planes and overseeing project execution, negotiations for airspace access, and financial success for multimillion-dollar projects. Kabe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wyoming in 2008.
