Mark Wilhelm

Mark Wilhelm is the current Head of Customer Support at Skydio. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Customer Support at Skydio from July 2017 to May 2018. Mark also worked as the VP Customer Experience at SlingMedia Inc. from March 2007 to January 2012. In addition, they were the Founder of Mark Wilhelm Consulting and the Vice President of Customer Support at Lyve Minds, Inc. from December 2013 to September 2015.
