Paul Gresia is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology and autonomous vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter for Autonomy at Skydio since May 2021, Gresia specializes in breakthrough technologies related to drones and AI. Previously, Gresia held pivotal roles such as Sr. Director of Recruiting at Sage Affiliates, focusing on autonomous vehicles and related fields, and Lead Recruiter for Machine Learning at Scale AI. Prior experience includes technical recruiting for Lyft's autonomous vehicle division and Uber’s Advanced Technologies Group. Gresia's background also encompasses significant positions in program and project management at leading companies such as Sprint, Booz Allen Hamilton, and MCI, complemented by a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Capitol Technology University.
