Adam Mahan

Adam Mahan, PE, is an experienced professional in the fields of skydiving instruction and engineering, currently serving as an AFF and Tandem Instructor at Skydive Arizona and Load Organizer at iFLY Indoor Skydiving. With a robust background in research and development, Adam held various roles at NXP Semiconductors, including EDA and Metrology Manager, leading teams in the development of advanced design tools for RF products. Previous positions include GaAs MMIC Design Engineer, Graduate Teaching Associate, and Subject Matter Expert for the Professional Engineering exam. Adam holds a PhD. candidacy and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and certifications in Emergency Medical Technology and Wilderness EMT.
