Antonio Pistritto

Antonio Pistritto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in team management and IT support. Currently serving as the Team Manager for the Partner Success Team at SkyKick since April 2020, Antonio focuses on delivering positive customer experiences and ensuring alignment with Service Level Objectives. Previous roles at SkyKick include Team Leader of the Product Specialist Team and IT Product Specialist. Prior to SkyKick, Antonio worked at Cognizant as an IT Service Desk Team Leader, overseeing a team of agents and managing performance metrics, and held positions as Deputy Team Leader and Agent within the IT Service Desk. Antonio's career began with an internship at the International Telecommunication Union in 2015. Antonio holds a Laurea triennale in Scienze Umanistiche from Università di Catania, obtained in 2013. Additionally, Antonio serves as a Swimming Instructor at Your Personal Swim Coach, providing lessons to adults at varying skill levels.
