Hayley Nell

Hayley Nell has extensive experience in customer service and administrative support, currently serving as a Receptionist and Office Assistant at Skyland Trail since April 2014. In this role, Hayley manages front desk operations, handles multi-line phone systems, and assists with various administrative tasks. Prior experience includes positions as a Sales Associate and Store Greeter at J.Crew, where personalized customer service and sales goals were prioritized, and at Labels Resale Boutique, focusing on designer merchandise. At Club Monaco, Hayley excelled in sales and was recognized as "Employee of the Week" for motivating peers. Hayley holds a high school diploma from New Trier Township High School and has further education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
