Roger Trigo Torrico

Roger Trigo Torrico, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of People and Culture at the Denver Scholarship Foundation since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at One Earth Future Foundation from December 2021 to July 2023, and as an HR Specialist at Colorado Public Radio from March 2019 to November 2021. Earlier career highlights feature the position of Employee Engagement Specialist at Rocky Mountain PBS, and various admissions roles at Regis University, where Roger actively recruited students and managed application processes. Additionally, experience at Bank of America involved troubleshooting digital banking issues and providing customer service in fast-paced environments. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the State University of New York at Oswego, earned in 2013.
