David Lerman

David Lerman is the current Chief Operating Officer at Skylark. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Growth & Strategy at VenueBook from January 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for maintainingVenueBook's COO and CFO responsibilities, and oversaw a wide variety of processes designed to drive sales growth, employee productivity, customer insights, and corporate communication across the organization. David also played a key role in designing the company's comprehensive 2016 product roadmap and growth plan alongside the Head of Product.

Prior to their time at VenueBook, David served as Finance, Analytics, & Business Development at Shake, Inc. from July 2013 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team, establishing capital allocation best practices, and building out company-wide performance analytics.

David has a proven track record in helping organizations achieve their growth goals. David's experience in financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, and business development makes him an invaluable asset to any company.

David Lerman received their MBA from Columbia Business School, where they focused on finance and entrepreneurship. David also holds a Bachelors of Science from The Wharton School, where they majored in economics with a dual concentration in finance and management, and minored in psychology.
