Eric Smith

Eric Smith is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in information technology and network security. Currently serving as a Sr. Security Instructor at Skyline-ATS since 2000, Eric has trained thousands of students across a range of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and government entities, on advanced security solutions. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Cisco, where Eric worked on a large-scale WAN/LAN project for Bank of America, and Network Engineer at NASA, where Eric designed and implemented a complex IT solution. Eric's career also includes positions as a Network Administrator at GTE and as Director of Network Operations at Cumberland Casualty and Surety, where significant projects were completed under budget and without operational disruption. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Security from WGU Missouri and has an Associate of Arts from Valencia College. Additionally, Eric is pursuing further education at Florida State University.
