Dave Schellin

Dave Schellin has over 40 years of work experience, starting their career as an Audit Manager at PwC in 1976. Dave then worked as the Corporate Controller at Omnicare Inc. from 1981 to 1983, followed by a role as Vice President-Finance at Nutrition Technology Corporation from 1983 to 1987. Dave then served as the Sr. Vice President/CFO at Manhattan National Life Insurance Co. from 1987 to 1991.

Dave joined Lenscrafters in 1991 as the Associate Vice President-Controller, leading accounting, financial reporting, and business planning. Dave also led an accounting systems evaluation process and secured approval for a $2.2 million investment in new Oracle accounting systems.

In 1997, Dave moved to Luxottica Retail where they served in multiple roles, including Associate Vice President-Finance and Marketing Analysis, where they were responsible for developing advanced business and customer/product segmentation analysis. Dave also served as the Associate Vice President-Managed Care.

From 2000 to 2007, Dave worked as the Vice President & CFO at PCMS Datafit. As the local liaison executive with the UK-based owner, they personally developed and managed all corporate finance, accounting, business planning, human resources, legal, and administration processes and functions. Dave also served as the primary consultant on a Lawson financial systems implementation project for a $24 billion Chicago-based national retailer.

In 2007, Dave joined Matrix Systems, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer/CFO, a role they held until 2014. During their time there, they provided financial and operational leadership to the company.

Most recently, in 2014, Dave joined Skyline Chili as the VP-Finance, CFO, and Managing Partner, where they continue to contribute their expertise in finance and executive leadership.

Dave Schellin attended Miami University from 1973 to 1976, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
