Binu Mol

Binu Mol has worked in the legal industry since 2007. In 2011, they began working as a Commercial Contract Analyst at Control Component Inc, where they were responsible for reviewing and preparing commercial deviations and drafting, as well as researching and pointing out the laws and practice of the various commercial terms and conditions in various countries. Later that year, they began working at Capgemini as a Process Lead - Contract Management, where their key responsibilities included reviewing and vetting of internal legal contracts/documents, developing deliverables, and reporting, quality checking, and addressing ad-hoc requests from clients. In 2013, they took on a role as a Legal Consultant at RAD & Partners, where they gained experience in cyber laws and drafted and reviewed different types of contracts. From 2014 to 2021, Binu Mol worked as a Legal Advisor at GazMin International LLC, where they drafted and reviewed license agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and provided review and summary assessments on the statement of work, change order, proposal review, and MSA. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Corporate Counsel at Skylo Technologies.

Binu Mol's education history includes a Law degree from University Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore which was obtained between 2003 and 2007. Binu also holds an L.L.M in Business Law from Kuvempu University, Shimoga which was obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to this, they obtained a P.U.C from M.E.S in 2001-2002. Her primary school education was from St. Lourdes between 1989 and 1997 and they completed their high school from Malleswaram Ladies Association between 1998 and 2000.
