Kimberley Waldron (Fintech PR)

Kimberley Waldron has been working in the Fintech PR industry since 2006. Kimberley began their career as a Media Coordinator at Eclipse Creative Consultants, followed by a role as a Media Executive at Space and Time Media. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Dinosaur and held two roles at Payzone UK, as Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager. In 2009, Kimberley founded SkyParlour and served as the Managing Director at Started by SkyParlour. In 2019, they became the Co Chair of the FinTech Committee at pro-manchester and an MSc FinTech Industrial Advisor at the University of Salford. In 2020, they took on the role of PR Advisor at Marcel van Oost and Host of the Future of Banking Podcast at The Future Of Banking. Most recently, Kimberley became a Start-up Mentor at Rise, created by Barclays - the Home of FinTech.

Kimberley Waldron obtained a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing in 2008. Kimberley also obtained a Professional Diploma in Radio and Print Journalism from CSV Media in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Literature and Film from the University of Chester in 2005. Her education began at Woolston High School.
