Karen Cox

Karen Cox is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning both healthcare and community leadership. Currently serving as Co-Owner of SkyRun Vacation Rentals since May 2021, Karen previously held roles as a Personal Care Associate and Certified Nursing Aide at Boulder Community Health from September 2018 to May 2020. Karen's leadership capabilities were demonstrated during the tenure as Pastor at Boulder Mennonite Church from August 2005 to April 2017, where responsibilities included planning worship and engaging the congregation in social justice initiatives. Additionally, Karen served as Moderator for the Mountain States Mennonite Conference from January 2013 to December 2016, facilitating mission definition and governance. Earlier career roles include sales at Comtech Computer Systems and training development at Computer Management & Development Services. Academically, Karen holds a Master of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bridgewater College, and is currently pursuing a CNA Certificate in Pre-Nursing Studies at Front Range Community College.
