Amir Hallajpour has worked in the software engineering field since 2004. Amir began their career as a Software Engineer/Consultant at Exelis, where they worked on embedded distributed systems consisting of a pool of processor boards. In 2013, they joined Teradyne as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the next generation of test systems in the semiconductor sector. In 2016, Amir became a Software Engineering Manager at L3Harris Technologies, where they managed a team of software engineers and supervised execution of multiple projects in the Defense Surveillance Radar and SIGINT/ESM Systems. Amir also implemented DevOps in the organization. In 2012, Amir began teaching at UCLA Extension as an Instructor. Most recently, they joined Skyryse as a Software Engineering Lead and Team Lead, where they are working on FlightOS, the world's first universal flight deck and operating system.
Amir Hallajpour obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles between 2001 and 2006.
