Hayley Kantor has a decade of work experience in various engineering roles. In 2012, they were a Team Leader for the Portable Solar Oven Project with Engineers for a Sustainable World, and an Academic Tutor for Cornell University Athletic Department. In 2014, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern with Vision Mechanical Services. In 2015, they were an Undergraduate Researcher with Organic Robotics Laboratory, a Summer Research Intern with MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and completed a Master of Engineering Project in Consumer Product Development at Cornell University. In 2016, they were a Seating Engineering Intern with Haworth. From 2017 to 2021, they were a System Engineer and Test Equipment Engineer with Moog Inc., and in 2021, they were a System Engineer - Vehicle Engineering with Bird. Currently, they are a Senior System Engineer with Skyryse, where they are developing FlightOS, the world's first universal flight deck and operating system.
Hayley Kantor holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2017. Hayley also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2016. Hayley Kantor attended Westlake High School prior to their studies at Cornell University.
