May Alexander is a Senior Data Scientist with experience in deploying machine learning models at scale and mentoring others to raise the bar for data science. Prior to their current role at Skyscanner, May worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Scottish Water where May co-created software for asset maintenance and incident management. May also has experience as a Risk Analyst at Allied Irish Bank (GB), where May developed a probability of default model for assessing portfolio risk. May holds a Master of Mathematics (MMath) degree from the University of Reading.
