Doug Van Poppel

Doug Van Poppel has a diverse work experience in various industries. Doug currently holds the position of Head of Revenue and Vice President of Investor Relations at Skyscend Inc., a fintech start-up focused on revolutionizing B2B transactions and supply chain management. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Investor Relations at the same company.

Before their role at Skyscend Inc., Doug was the Head of Revenue at TrekWorldUSA, where they provided logistics and dispatching solutions to fleet operators and owners of for-hire vehicles.

Doug also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at the Global Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Foundation, where they worked to facilitate access to treatment for post-traumatic stress injuries.

Doug has co-owned and worked as the Managing Partner Investor at Wood Street Capital, a consulting company focusing on solving business problems and go-to-market challenges in various sectors. Doug has also served as the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Revenue at Nexem, assisting in adapting and commercializing technology for hemp cannabis cultivation.

Doug Van Poppel attended Marian High School from 1986 to 1991. Doug then enrolled at Bethel College - Company from 1991 to 1992, where they pursued Biology/Biological Sciences, but did not obtain a degree. Finally, Doug Van Poppel attended Indiana University South Bend from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
