Bailey Walatka

Bailey Walatka has a diverse work experience that includes roles in product operations, partner relations management, transaction coordination, and retail management. In 2014, they started as a barista at Peet's Coffee and later became a shift leader and assistant manager. They trained new employees, managed inventory, and ensured quality. In 2020, they joined SkySlope as a transaction coordinator, managing real estate transactions and maintaining compliance standards. In 2021, they became a partner relations manager at GoodLeap LLC, acting as a point of contact for customers and ensuring contractual terms were met. In 2022, they returned to SkySlope as a Product Operations Associate II, collaborating with the Product Operations Manager to establish and align product efforts with the company's vision.

Bailey Walatka obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Oregon State University, which they attended from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Music from Sierra College, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Bailey has also obtained certifications in Product Analytics from Pendo.io in April 2023 and Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in January 2023.
