Charleigh Ridgway

Charleigh Ridgway has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2019, they worked as a Behavioral Therapist at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD). From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Community Support Specialist at The Management Trust, where they evaluated financial forecasts, implemented communication strategies, and facilitated the transition to new CRM software. Currently, Charleigh is an Associate Product Operations Manager at SkySlope.

Charleigh Ridgway attended Sierra College from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained multiple associate degrees. Charleigh earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Sociology, an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Social Sciences, an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Anthropology, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature.

In addition to their academic achievements, Charleigh has also obtained several certifications. Charleigh completed the Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in April 2023, the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in January 2023, the Project Management Foundations course on LinkedIn in July 2022, and various Agile-related courses on LinkedIn in June 2022, including Agile Project Leadership, Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Project Management Skills for Leaders, and Scrum: Advanced.
