Justin Myshak

Justin Myshak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the renewable energy industry. Justin began their career as a Wind Turbine Technician at GE Renewable Energy, where they gained experience in operations and maintenance. Justin then moved on to XTRA Lease LLC as an Assistant Operations Manager, responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the branch. After that, they joined Granite Services, Inc. as a Wind Turbine Technician, troubleshooting and repairing GE turbines.

Justin's career then transitioned to Upwind Solutions, where they took on multiple roles. As a Project Manager, they played a key role in the startup of the company, supporting its growth and establishing the information technology department. Justin later became a Resource Manager, managing a team of traveling technicians and implementing scheduling and tracking systems. In their role as an Operations Manager, they successfully revitalized the inspection program and exceeded revenue targets.

Justin's next career move was to Vestas, where they served as a Business Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the profit and loss of the Vestas and UpWind Solutions Technical Services product lines. Justin managed $15M in annual revenue and led a team of program managers.

Most recently, Justin has been working at SkySpecs as the Director of Services and later as the VP of Inspection Operations. In these roles, they were involved in financial management, vendor contracts, customer/vendor qualification systems, safety, and quality control. Justin also managed various departments, including project management, data analysis, customer success, field operations, and manufacturing.

Justin Myshak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, from 1999 to 2003.
