Andy Lui

Andy Lui joins SkyTeam from alliance member Delta, where he served as Director of IT. He brings 25 years of industry experience to SkyTeam, having previously held various senior IT leadership positions in Revenue Accounting, Agency and Corporate Sales, Finance, HR, Technical Operations, PMO, and Cargo.

At Delta, Andy led a team of 150+ skilled IT specialists in supporting Operations & Customer Centre (OCC) and Delta Connection. He helped to enable the integration of the regional carriers’ IT operations into Delta’s own IT systems, resulting in a more seamless and connected travel experience for Delta’s customers. This experience will be instrumental as SkyTeam focuses on its own digital transformation to enhance the customer experience.
