Gerald (Jerry) Kinnick has had a varied work experience. Gerald (Jerry) began their career in 2000 as a Sr. Manager at DIRECTV. In 2002, they moved to Gateway Computers as a Sr. Manager of Vendor Management. In 2004, they joined Sitel, where they held several positions, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Operations, Global Account Management, and Philippines Operations, as well as Vice President of Philippines Operations and Director of Account Operations. In 2016, they joined Xerox as Senior Vice President of North America Customer Care. In 2017, they moved to Conduent, where they held the roles of General Manager of the Telecommunication Sector and Senior Vice President of Global Operations. In 2019, they joined Continuum Global Solutions as President, where they are responsible for customer care management and call center solutions. In 2020, they moved to Skyview Capital as a Portfolio Operations.
Gerald (Jerry) Kinnick received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from San Diego State University in 2014, with a focus in International Business. Gerald (Jerry) also earned a BA from Oral Roberts University between 1990 and 1994, with a dual major in Psychology and Communications.
