Laura Lorenz

Laura Lorenz has extensive experience in human resources, starting as an HR Representative at Hiway Federal Credit Union in 2001. Laura then progressed to roles at various companies, including HR Supervisor at a multi-division plant, HR Manager for distribution centers, and HR Manager for a multi-division plant.

In 2008, they became an Employee Relations Manager, responsible for promoting positive employee relations and addressing performance management issues. Laura then transitioned to Central East Europe Employee Relations Manager, providing employee relations analysis and support for various manufacturing facilities.

Laura Lorenz completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 1995 to 1999.
