Melissa Forehand

Melissa Forehand has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Melissa started their career in 2006 as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at ACS Incorporated, where they worked until 2009. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an Adult Services Eligibility Specialist at Jefferson County, Colorado. In 2016, they joined Skywriter MD, initially working as a Certified Scribe, transcribing details of physical exams and patient orders. From 2017 to 2020, Melissa held various roles at Skywriter MD, including Team Lead and Skycenter Supervisor, where they were responsible for team productivity, efficiency, and issue resolution. Melissa most recently worked at SCL Health starting in 2020 as a Medical Call Center Specialist.

Melissa Forehand obtained an Associate's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ultimate Medical Academy, which they attended from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2010, they earned a Medical Assistant Certificate from Kaplan College, specializing in Medical/Clinical Assistant.
