Neil Shah

Neil Shah is the Chief Operating Officer of Slack, responsible for driving alignment across our teams and delivering against our business priorities. As COO, he combines strategy, data, and operations. Previously at Slack, Neil has led Business Strategy and Analytics teams, and has supported our self-service product-led growth efforts.

Prior to Slack, Neil held business strategy, user growth, and corporate development roles at Twitter. Earlier in his career, he consulted with McKinsey & Company out of Chicago and Silicon Valley.

Neil has a MBA from Harvard Business School, and a MSE/BSE in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
