Mike Sarette

Mike Sarette is a seasoned professional in public and social impact account leadership, currently serving as a Sr. Principal Account Manager at Slalom since September 2018. With a strong commitment to enhancing the effectiveness of state and local agencies, Mike's extensive experience includes roles at SHRM, IBM Global Business Services, and FMP Consulting, where expertise in HR, organizational effectiveness, and talent management was developed. Educationally, Mike holds an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a BA in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Studies from Boston College.
