Bryan Shaffer

Bryan Shaffer serves as the Principal and Managing Director at Slatt Capital since August 2023, specializing in debt and equity solutions for real estate capital requirements. Additionally, since March 2011, Bryan functions as Senior VP of Real Estate Investment Banking at George Smith Partners, facilitating structured financing for multifamily and commercial properties. Bryan is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and has held various roles, including Director at DR Capital Advisors and Investor at PS Investment Partners. As the Founder and Advisory Committee Chairman of the International Real Estate Trade Organization since May 2005, Bryan established a global platform for real estate investments. Bryan's prior experience includes significant positions at Mitsui Fudosan America, Goldrich Kest, and as a CEO of a family office. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Arizona and has participated in executive education at Harvard University.
