Tracey Lambele

Tracey Lambele is the Vice President of Search Operations of Slayton Search Partners and brings 20 years of executive search and talent acquisition expertise. She is responsible for managing the research and recruiting teams, database management, external vendor relationships, and ensuring Slayton’s search operations are functioning at optimal performance.

In her previous role, she led a sizable team of onshore and offshore research professionals dedicated to supporting executive recruiting projects. Tracey has overseen executive hiring teams for multinational search firms and professional service organizations, championed process improvements, DEI programs, and learning and development initiatives enterprise-wide.

Across her positions, Tracey has driven innovation, always looking for new tools, techniques, resources, and strategies to build greater efficiency and elevate the output of her team. She also has piloted technology deployments with previous search firms, implementing CRM and ATS systems through user acceptance, training point person, continual process improvement with development teams, and troubleshooting.

Tracey received a B.S. degree in Business Administration at Butler University.
