Gavin Chee

Gavin Chee has a varied work experience spanning different industries. Gavin started their career as the Managing Director of Soccer Scene Albany from 2006 to 2012. Gavin then transitioned into the gaming industry, working as a Lead QA Tester at Rush Digital Interactive from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they gained expertise in end-to-end testing on all platforms, with specialization in mobile platforms and applications. Gavin then moved to Gameloft as a Senior QA Tester from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for testing mobile games and maintaining the bug/defect database. After that, Gavin worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a Quality Analyst II from 2016 to 2017. Gavin continued their career at National Australia Bank as a Process Analyst from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Gavin is working at Sledgehammer Games as a Quality Analyst II, starting in November 2020.

Gavin Chee completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The University of Auckland, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Apart from their degree, Gavin also obtained various certifications. In 2022, they became an ISTQB® Certified Tester - Foundation Level from iSQI. In 2019, Gavin obtained certifications in "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis," "Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies," "Learning SQL Programming," and "SQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn. In 2018, they completed certifications in "Agile Testing" and "Test Automation Foundations" from LinkedIn. Gavin also acquired certifications in "Learning Selenium" and "Python Essential Training" from LinkedIn in 2017.
