Matthew Pelton is currently the Director of Industry & Government Affairs at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. Matthew has extensive experience in key account management, working closely with various liquor boards and building strong relationships with partners like LCBO. With a background in culinary arts, hotel management, and accounting, Matthew brings a well-rounded skill set to their role. Matthew also serves as Committee Chair at Drinks Ontario and previously worked as a Dining Room Manager at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar.
