Kate Maloney has a diverse and impressive work experience. Kate is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sleep Easy, a clinically-proven sleep solution company. Kate is also the CEO and Producer of WeRiseUP The Movie and Movement, a social impact documentary that explores pressing challenges. Kate is a Clock Tower Project Board Member, a non-profit software development company aiming to transform people's understanding of the climate crisis. Kate is also the Co-Chair of The Center for Integral Wisdom, where they played a key role in envisioning and executing the Success 3.0 Summit. Kate has founded various companies including QuickMobile Website, TherapySites LLC, Social Media Worldwide, and they served as the Director of Development at the Integral Institute. Kate has also worked as a Professor of Psychology at Regis University and as a Securities Trader at Broadway Trading. Throughout their career, Kate has consistently demonstrated leadership, innovation, and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Kate Maloney earned a doctoral degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Applications from Regis University between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology from the University at Albany, SUNY from 1996 to 1999. Kate also holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications, which they obtained from Sonoma State University between 1990 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, Kate Maloney obtained a certification from the Newchip Accelerator in October 2021.
