Ilana Gilovich-Wave

Ilana Gilovich-Wave serves as Chief Storyteller at Emursive Productions since August 2023 and has been a Creative Copywriter for Sleep No More since 2012, where original content creation includes work for the McKittrick Hotel and notable accessibility projects. Ilana has performed as a cast member in the Off-Broadway production of "Sleep No More" and has played a key role as a Private Event Producer, coordinating over 130 high-profile private events. Academic experience includes serving as Instructor of Record at Columbia University and as a Teaching Assistant at Barnard College, alongside prior engagement in creative writing for Expectful and casting experience at Grant Wilfley Casting. Ilana co-founded the Big Red Shakespeare Troupe and holds a PhD in Theatre and Performance from Columbia University, along with a Master’s Degree from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University.
