Keith Dougherty

Keith "KC" Dougherty is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President and Division Manager at Sletten Construction Company since June 2016. Previously, Dougherty held various leadership positions at Kitchell Contractors Inc. of Arizona from March 1995 to May 2016, including Project Director, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on executive leadership in both preconstruction and construction phases while fostering positive client and design team relationships. Dougherty holds a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, an Advanced Management Program certificate from The Associated General Contractors of America, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University. Additionally, Dougherty completed a Leadership Development Forum at the Arizona Builders Alliance.
