Randi Dwi Nandra

Randi Dwi Nandra currently serves as the Head of Engineering at Slice Group since May 2023, overseeing the technical and managerial aspects of an influencer management SaaS platform. Prior to this role, Randi held the position of AVP of Engineering at Mindtera from June 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading the engineering team and collaborating closely with the company's founders. Randi also played a foundational role at Mindtera as Engineering Manager, establishing the engineering team's culture and processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Lead Manager at OY! Indonesia, where Randi mentored engineers and managed key technical projects, as well as positions as a backend and iOS software engineer within the same company. Randi's career began at PT. Serasi Autoraya as a junior programmer focusing on Android applications. Additional experience includes roles at Microsoft and Raion Community, complemented by educational qualifications in Information Systems from the University of Brawijaya.
