Wendy Barker

Wendy Barker has a wealth of work experience. Wendy began their career in 1981 with The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, where they held various positions within the Accounting and Claims departments. In 1985, they moved to Reed Stenhouse Limited as a Commercial Claims Processor. In 1986, they joined Prudential of America General Insurance Company as a Business Analyst. From 1996 to 2001, they worked as a Contract Business Analyst for Liberty Mutual Insurance Group and Employers Reinsurance Corporation. In 2001, they became a Senior IT Consultant for BGI Benchmark Group International. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Commercial Lines Underwriter for Aviva Canada. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been a Senior Business Analyst for Slice Insurance.

Wendy Barker has an education history spanning from 1988 to 2013. In 1988, they obtained their CIP from the Insurance Institute of Ontario in the field of Insurance. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, studying Project Management. In 2012, they graduated from Carleton University with a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) degree in Risk Management.
