Karina Ines Costa has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and system administration. Karina Ines started their career in 2008 at IBM Global Services, where they worked on implementing midrange systems for clients such as Telefónica de Argentina and Standard Bank. Karina Ines then joined Clarin Global - CMD, where they were responsible for implementing web applications for clients like 100 radios, TN, and Channel 13. After that, they worked at Accenture as part of the CIO Storage - FalconStor team.

In 2014, Karina worked as a Linux System Administrator at StartMeApp and later joined Intraway Corp. as a Unix Linux System Administrator, where they managed servers and virtual platforms. Karina Ines also worked on backup configuration and monitoring using tools like Bacula and ZABBIX.

In 2015, Karina joined Globant as a Unix Linux System Administrator, where they handled the internal infrastructure and support for Atlassian suite apps. Karina Ines then moved to Edrans in 2017 as a Linux System Administrator, focusing on the administration and maintenance of clients' infrastructure on AWS and Jenkins using Terraform.

In 2018, Karina worked at Nubiral as a DevOps Engineer, providing support, planning, and implementation for monitoring tasks and cloud projects using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and AWS. Prior to their current role, they worked at ScreenCloud - Digital Signage as a WebOps Engineer, assisting with infrastructure updates, VPN implementation, and RDS DB engine upgrades.

Karina Ines Costa's education history began in 2001 when they enrolled in the Universidad de Buenos Aires – Fadu for a Tecnicatura in Diseño de Imagen y Sonido. Karina Ines pursued this degree until 2009. In 2010, Karina attended the Fundacion Gutenberg - Instituto Argentino de Artes Gráficas A-1018, where they completed a Técnica (Bachelor's degree - 3 years career) in Graphic Design, graduating in 2014. During the same year, they obtained a certification in Red Hat Linux System Administration and RHCT from RED HAT.
