Chris Wilson

Chris Wilson has a wealth of experience in software consulting. In 2022, they began working as a Software Consultant for Sharedo, where they developed SAAS plugins for Legal Services end clients. Chris also began working as a .NET Developer (Contract) for D55 Limited, where they split larger systems into event based microservices and introduced an event based architecture into a tightly coupled system. In 2020, they worked as a Software Consultant - Contract for FOOTASYLUM, where they were responsible for the technical discovery and oversight on the removal and replacement of legacy components. In 2018, they worked as a .NET Developer (Contract) for slicedbread, where they were responsible for product customisation for a Legal Case Management System. In 2017, they worked as a Software Consultant for Graham & Brown, where they were responsible for the technical design and implementation for an AX2012 integration project. In 2016, they worked as a Software Consultant for both slicedbread and Fat Media Limited. At slicedbread, they were the Technical Lead with an established main client, while at Fat Media Limited they were responsible for the integration of external and internal content into Umbraco. In 2015, they worked as a Software Consultant for both P4 Innovation Ltd and Keoghs, and as a Software Consultant for Hitachi Consulting. At P4 Innovation Ltd, they were responsible for the technical delivery of a Financial Service website, while at Hitachi Consulting they were responsible for a public facing website to manage parking appeal submissions.

Chris Wilson attended Northumbria University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a 2.2 (hons) degree in Computer Science. Prior to this, they attended Blackpool Sixth Form College, where they studied Maths, Physics, and Computers.
