Chris Burnett

Chris Burnett, MBA, AIC-M, AIS, currently serves as the Director of Claims and Director of Catastrophe Claims at Slide, a position held since May 2022, following a tenure at Wellington High School as the Varsity Pitching Coach from January 2011 to February 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Homeowner Claims Manager II and Field Claims Adjuster at FedNat (2016-2022), and Field Claims Adjuster at Assurant (2013-2016). Chris began a career in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Banker at Element Funding (2010-2013) and has a foundation in athletics from Lipscomb University, where Chris served as a Graduate Assistant in the Athletic Department and was a Relief Pitcher and Team Captain. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership and Sports Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management, both from Lipscomb University.
