Mirka Chromkova has a diverse work experience in customer success management, conference coordination, and cabin crew roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Cabin Crew member for Danube Wings until October 2013. In 2014, they served as a Conference Coordinator at Fleming., where they managed event logistics and communication with delegates, speakers, and vendors. Mirka then joined Slido in 2016 as a Customer Care Specialist, providing exceptional customer service and support. Mirka later became a Customer Success Manager, focusing on the Americas region, working closely with clients to achieve their engagement goals. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, ensuring that the largest enterprise clients maximize the value they receive from Slido's products and services. Since February 2019, Mirka has been leading a team of 15 Customer Success Managers at Slido as the Head of CSM Team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and value from the platform.

Mirka also completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from City University of Seattle from 2012 to 2014.
