Olivia Gerard

Olivia Gerard has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Project Manager at Business SA communication agency. In 2009, they moved to Giropharm as an HR Administrator, where they were responsible for workforce management, HR projects, recruitment management, communication and professional training plan management. In 2010, they joined People Search as a Recruitment Consultant. From 2011 to 2016, they were an HR Manager at kgb, 118218 the number & kgbdeals. In 2016, they moved to Compte-Nickel as Responsable ressources humaines, where they were responsible for creating and managing the entire HR perimeter, implementing the HR policy and developing a sense of belonging to the company, managing recruitment, managing relations with schools, managing personnel files, producing social/HR reporting, managing disciplinary procedures, and monitoring regulations. Finally, in 2019, they joined Slimpay as Head of HR.

Olivia Gerard began their educational journey in 2000 when they obtained their baccalauréat in Economique et social from Saint Marc. Olivia continued their studies in 2005 at INSEEC ECE Lyon, where they earned their M1 in Commerce/marketing. In 2008, they completed their Master 2 RMDRH in RH at IGS Institut de Gestion Sociale. From 2015 to 2016, they attended Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and earned a degree in Gestion et prévention des risques psychosociaux et qualité de vie au travail in the field of Psychologie du travail. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Employee Engagement from LinkedIn.
