Jackie (Mika) Krob has extensive work experience in the customer service and support field. Jackie started their career at Sloan Valve Company in 1999 as a Customer Service representative and worked there until 2005. In 2006, they joined Sloan as the National Repair Parts Sales Manager and held this role until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Jackie served as the Manager of Customer Support, after which they were promoted to Director of Customer Support until 2021. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Customer Experience and was recently promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience at Sloan in 2021.

Jackie (Mika) Krob completed their education in a chronological manner. Jackie began their studies at Elmhurst University in 1999 and ended in 2002, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Lewis University, where they obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business.
