Mike Medhurst

Mike Medhurst has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Sloan since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. from 2014 to 2019, where they were responsible for setting the overall HR strategy and managing various HR functions. Mike also served as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. from 2014 to 2016, focusing on daily management and strategic initiatives. Before that, Mike was the HR Manager at Pentair- Fairbanks Morse Pump from 1998 to 2014, overseeing HR and safety for a manufacturing plant with multiple locations. Mike also worked as an HR Generalist/Safety Manager at Lincoln Industrial (A Pentair Company) from 1993 to 1998 and as an OSHA Affairs Coordinator at P.D. George from 1985 to 1993.

Mike Medhurst has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Wheaton College. Mike also holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
