Elle Cass

Elle Cass has a diverse work experience in the planning and development consultancy field. Starting as a Planner at Les Stephan Planning (LSP) Ltd in 1996, they later moved on to roles such as Planning and Strategic Land Manager at David Wilson Homes, Partner at King Sturge, and National Director at JLL. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategic Built Environment Growth at SLR Consulting, where they have progressed through various leadership roles since joining in 2016. Their expertise lies in planning, EIA, and development consultancy in Europe.

Elle Cass completed a BA (hons) in Geography (Politics & Sociology) from the University of Leicester in 1994. Elle then went on to pursue a Post Grad Diploma in Town & Regional Planning from The University of Sheffield in 1995 and later a Post Grad Diploma in Town Planning from UCE in 1997.
