Traci Moore

Traci Moore is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client engagement, customer support, and employment training. Currently serving as a Stay-at-Home Parent since July 2023, Traci also holds the position of Client Engagement Manager and Client Engagement Team Lead at slwm since November 2022. Prior to this, Traci was the Customer Support Team Lead at WebbMason Marketing from December 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and collaborating on efficiency systems. From August 2010 to December 2017, Traci worked at The Arc Baltimore, primarily as the Lead Employment Training Specialist for the Project SEARCH Internship Program, focusing on employability skills training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additional roles at The Arc included Employment Support Specialist and Family Living Coordinator, emphasizing support and development for individuals in various capacities.
