Bernadette Agatha Pambuan

Bernadette Agatha Pambuan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and sales management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Property Investment at SM Development Corporation since September 2025, Bernadette focuses on enhancing sales performance and executing strategic sales initiatives while leading a team of sales managers. Additionally, Bernadette contributes as a part-time faculty member at Brokerspaces Business Solutions Inc, sharing expertise in real estate dynamics and management. Previously, Bernadette held various roles in sales leadership and management, including positions at Carousell, OLX Philippines, and Abenson. Bernadette's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Real Estate, a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Bernadette also has a foundation in education with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Physical Education.
