Rhonda Bavaro has over twenty years of work experience. Rhonda began their career in 1990 as a Human Resources Manager at K. W. Brown Environmental Services. In 1993, they became the Director of Human Resources at First American Bank. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a Recruiting Assistant/Evening Counselor at Progressive Resources Staffing. During this time, they also worked as a Technical Recruiter for Intellimark and Progressive Resources. In 1999, they were a Staffing and Human Resources Coordinator for Softcom.com. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Test Center Administrator at Prometric Testing Center. From 2009 to 2012, they were an Administrative Assistant at Building and Restoration Technologies Inc. of NY. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Executive Team Leader and Independent Designer at Origami Owl Custom Jewelry. Since 2016, they have been a Virtual Executive Assistant at eaHELP and a Director of Operations and Inbound Marketing Strategist at SMA Marketing.
Rhonda Bavaro has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management from Texas A&M University, which they obtained between 1989 and 1991. Rhonda also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Idaho State University, which they obtained between 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from HubSpot, including a Content Marketing Certification (2021), Inbound Certification (2021), Sales Software Certification (2021), Email Marketing Certification (2020), and HubSpot Marketing Software Certification (2021).
