Abigail Wentzel

Abigail Wentzel has a diverse work experience in web management, design, and development. Abigail started their career at Simple CMS Design as a Web Developer in 2011. Abigail then worked at the Department of Geosciences, Idaho State University as a Web Designer and Developer. In 2013, they joined RS&I, Inc. as a Marketing Web Designer and Developer, where they redesigned the corporate website and implemented SEO strategies resulting in increased lead conversion and generation. Abigail also worked as a freelance Graphic and Web Designer from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Kentucky Interactive, LLC as a Web Designer and Front End Developer, where they managed multiple projects, ensured accessibility standards, and provided training and support. From 2019 to 2022, Abigail worked at Valvoline Inc. as a Website Manager, leading a corporate website redesign and migration project. Most recently, they worked at Pecan AI as a Web Manager, where they managed the corporate WordPress website and led SEO efforts resulting in improved search rankings, impressions, and website speed. Currently, they hold the position of Web Manager at SMA Technologies, starting in 2023.

Abigail Wentzel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Website Design and Multimedia from Idaho State University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oregon from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Anthropology, Linguistics, and German.
