Nidharshini Jayshankar's work experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Smaartt Digital Consulting since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an intern at Dynaspede Integrated Systems Limited from December 2019 to January 2020, and as a Summer Intern at TVS Motor Company in June 2019.

Nidharshini Jayshankar started their education in 2014 at M.G.R college of arts and science in Hosur. Nidharshini pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Nidharshini completed their degree in 2017.
