Amit Angarkar

Amit Angarkar has a varied and extensive work experience in the technology sector. Amit is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Smaato since February 2021. Before that, from October 2018 to February 2021, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at ScrumStart, where they were responsible for strategic technology planning and building agile teams. From April 2016 to September 2018, they worked as the Head of Technology and Delivery at Opus Consulting Solutions, where they successfully implemented technology growth strategies. Prior to that, from October 2010 to April 2016, they held the role of Head of Technology at Opus Consulting Solutions and was responsible for overall technology and architecture. Amit started their career at Capgemini in June 2002, where they worked as a Lead Consultant until October 2010. Amit also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Silverline Technologies from 2000 to 2002.

Amit Angarkar completed their Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation from Gulbarga University, which they attended from 1993 to 1997. Amit further pursued higher education and obtained their Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2001 to 2003.
